I bought this fitted sheet for my husband's hospital bed because the XL sheets from department store did not fit the bed with a topper properly. The order arrived and upon inspection of the sheet, I found a small hole in the weaving and thought of returning it. But on Saturday, I received an email from Peter of customer service inquiring if we were happy with the sheet. I replied there's a hole, and he promptly responded back and offered a replacement or if I'd like to keep it, he'd issue a $4 credit. (He's working on the weekend! I was impressed.) Since we urgently needed the sheet, I accepted the credit....but not expecting the refund any time soon. Today, Monday, I received a message from Amazon that a $4 "Good Will" refund will be applied to my credit card. That's prompt service! We love the sheet because the quality is quite good for the price, and it fits my husband's hospital bed perfectly. The Veterans Administration delivered a new hospital bed to me. I put my old sheets on it and although they did not fit well, I slept better than I had for a long time. My son told me to get a sheet specifically made for my bed. I was astonished when it arrived and I put it on my new bed. The sheet made all of the difference to me. I purchased an adjustable bed 3 years ago because I have a respiratory illness and need to sleep with my head elevated. I have tried multiple sheets trying to find something that does not pull off the corners when raising/lowering the head of the bed. I was beginning to think there was nothing out there until I found these sheets. They aren't as soft as soft as some others I've tried, but the jersey is still comfortable. I am super sensitive to sleeping on wrinkles or bumps on my sheets and these are awesome for eliminating that annoyance. They don't pull off, they stay smoothly fitted to the mattress. I finally got to try these after washing - they were clean, but it's a rule. I had microfiber sheets on my hospital bed and those were miserable as there is no wicking of sweat. When you lie in place for periods of time (I do move) it becomes uncomfortable. These sheets are soft and leave me feeling fresher. Fits the mattress perfectly, was easy to put on and because it stretches very well so far it has not come off. It's also super soft and comfortable. If I could change one thing it would be to make the sides a little deeper across. They don't seem to go as far over onto the mattress as I would have like. Not a big enough issue to deduct a star over, and as I said, so far no problems so I am satisfied for now. I can't speak to longevity, but for the price this is a good buy.
