I was getting ready for a move and came across some framed autographed posters in the garage. I didn't have plans to hang them up again but wanted to keep them for sentimental value and needed a more compact and secure way to store them rather than just rolling them up and securing with a rubber band. This storage tube works perfectly! I like that the length can be adjusted to accommodate larger prints, and I was able to fit four or five in a single tube (and could likely easily store a couple more). The lid fits securely. I only needed one, but glad I have a second available if I need it in the future. Highly recommend.

it is a waterproof plastic,,, the cap is waterproof, but no seal so in a downpour i can see water can get in, so just put it in plastic bag to be safe.. but i would still say good protection for drawings,, very roomy can put two or three drawings in at same time... strap anchored to tube by i think what looks like tie wraps.. the tie wraps look sturdy enough, they don't have to support alot of weight.. strap is adjustable,,, and that looks sturdy to.... update on color since i bought it, the violet it is suppose to be, shows up when your out in sunlight, but indoors, it looks gray.. my drawings fit nicely,, without needing to expand it, there 18 by 24 in size.. the white is off white,, or cream quartz color,,,changed my review from a two to a four,, that is as high as i will go with no seal around the cap..
