This is a pair of two very strong, durable clamps specifically designed to help with installing cabinetry. They are the perfect size to provide a great grip on a cabinet being drilled in, they have a relatively soft interior so as not to scratch the fancy wood or laminate, and they are easy to operate with one hand while screwing with the other. Overall these clamps have great functionality for not just cabinet installation but other similar projects. They last long, have a pleasant glossy paint texture to them, and so far they have lasted a long time with nearly daily use. Highly recommended!

Cabinet installation is not my profession, but I've installed many over the years. When installing face frame cabinets, I typically clamp adjacent stiles together with parallel clamps and I've never had any issue. These clamps looked like they could be cool as they also align the face of the stiles - not that I've had any big issues with that in the past. I typically attach my styles by drilling a 1/8" pilot hole and then I drive in a #8 flat head wood screw. Neither of those things are possible with this jig - the pilot hold bushing is 5mm which is larger than 3/16" and the screw hole diameter is 6.7mm which is about 1/4" which is WAY too small for a screw head, so that whole drill/screw thing is worthless. My last complaint is that I'm used to tightening a clamp (or just about anything) by rotating it clockwise, counterclockwise to loosen. The screw on these clamps is the opposite and I invariably tried to do it the 'normal' way every time. If you're just looking for a way to hold two stiles together, these will work for that...

These are good clamps that are made well and will get the job done. I found that the clamp was not deep enough for my project by about 1/8th. My main complaint is that the screw is backwards of what you would expect in order to tighten the clamp
