After two years of use the factory-installed film on the inside screen of my Samsung Fold Z 3 started cracking and lifting up in the center of the fold which created touch sensitivity issues and made it difficult to see the screen underneath. Since the phone was no longer under warranty and the service centers around me didn't want to touch it, I decided to replace the film myself. I tried another product which was too difficult to install on the larger screen. The way Armor Suit film is designed, their liquid spray made the film placement very easy. I followed the instructions and left the phone off for 24 hours after installation and the screen looks like a factory installation. There are a couple of very tiny bubbles, but the instructions say they will go away after several days. Even if they don't I'm still very satisfied with this product. The touch sensitivity and screen functionality are the same as when the phone was brand new. The look of the film right after installation was a bit messy looking, and I was concerned it wasn't going to stick or look decent. After several hours of leaving it alone it started looking like it was supposed to. Since I've only had the film on for 2 days I'll post an update if I have any issues. So far, I definitely recommend Armour Suit for the Samsung Fold Z 3 because it is very easy to install and its crystal clear appearance. ... show more

I've used ArmourSuit before on another phone, a few years ago. This was just as easy to install on my Fold3 as I remember when first using their screen protector on my old phone. I chose this brand because they never failed me. Once this protector is on, it stays on and does its job of holding up and protecting the screen. The factory installed protector that Samsung ships these phones with, did not last. My phone got pinched in a door when it fell out of my pocket while I was also closing the car door. The Samsung protector was done. I have faith that this ArmourSuit will last the duration of the life of my phone. As fare as the finger prints on the protector, it still happens. However, it is way easier to wipe the smudges off the ArmourSuit with a tshirt than the Samsung protector or traditional glass. ... show more

I used either this brand or another brand with similar technology many years ago and I didn't like it because it seemed like the film was too thick and it would get a weird cloudy look to it and peel on the edges. But this one for the Galaxy Z fold 3 seems like it was made perfectly for this type of phone. Installation was fairly easy, it looks good with no bubbles. The only issue is when you first unfold the phone if you have a white screen background, the crease of the phone will have a little bit of a blurriness to it the first 5 minutes or so, but after that it clears up. I'm wondering if this is due to the self healing properties? Also when you close the phone you will hear a noticeable kind of squeak sound which I think is the film stretching a little bit but other than that it's actually a great inner screen protector. It also has a great warranty, which is needed because with these Galaxy folds, you usually have to replace the inner screen protector at least annually due to peeling. SO, if you keep the phone three or four years, you may have to replace the inner screen protector three or four times and with the warranty on this film, you won't have to keep buying a new screen protector they will replace it to my understanding. ... show more

I recently upgraded my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge to a Samsung Z fold 3. I had always used armor suit for my S6 edge and it has lasted....well from the time the S6 edge came out to when the Z fold 3 came out. Only times I had to change it was two times. 1. I had insurance to trade in my phone for same model (my phone dropped while I was drawing a bath and drowned..RIP). 2. I saw a matte version to take away glare and went "yes ples, gimme". Thought, why not try this brand again with my new phone. it's working as intended. I've been heavily using the tablet side to draw and it's holding up to the folding/unfolding and samsung pen use. Only issue I will have is if I find an anti-glare version then this one is getting replaced lol. All in all good brand, lets see this last as long as my uses for the S6 edge ... show more

    • Works good on the outside screen
This is supper easy to install. Did get some bubbles in it on the outside screen but not bad. This product doesn't work for the inside screen because once you close the phone and open it again it pulls apart from the screen where it folds at. Since I had bubbles in the front screen I took it to my cell carrier and had them install the inside screen protector and they told me that since the inside isn't a glass screen it may be why it doesn't stick to it. Had I know this a head of time I would have saved some money and only bought a screen protector for just the front. ... show more

Update: the screen protector makes blurry lines like others have complained. dropped to 2 star from 4:( Update 2: bought another protector, same crap. dropped to 1. amazon doesn't want to give your money back too, so make sure to buy with a CC and file chargeback. because fold 3 has 1mm smaller width (vertical) than fold 2 there will be a 1mm gap on bottom. However, if you shift the screen protector about half a millimeter below, you'll have more even gap; albeit slightly weirder looking on camera cutout section. as for the camera cutout, both fold 3 and 2 has identical camera cutout so there will be zero difference apart from what I've said above. That being said this is also the easiest screen protector to apply on the market - the other TPU ones might be easy to apply if you try the armorsuit method, but this is the easiest one to apply as a kit. As for fingerprint dents/scratches due to material of screen protector - buy yourself silicone oil (acrylic pour oils) and UV lamp or flood light - drop some silicone oil to your screen with screen protector applied, wipe them with microfiber cloth and toss it under UV lamp for 30s, do it about 3 times. Make sure to cover the area where UV lamp or floodlight is, especially if they are high wattage ones. After the process, you'll have nice oleophobic glass-like surface and the screen protector will be highly resistant to fingerprint oil & fingernails. ... show more

Ever since finding armorsuit screen protectors, we've never looked back. Everything we have gets an armorsuit; tablets, phones, smart watch, etc. They are super easy to apply. Better than the stick and go screen protectors, because you can really line it up with your screen and make sure it's in the right spot. They are self healing, which is our favorite part, because my phone may be in my purse and get scratched with keys, but within a day to a week (depending on severity of scratch) it's back to normal! Adhesive gets 4/5 only because some of the cases I've used in conjunction with the armorsuit, will lift a tiny spot on the screen protector. Over time like anything else, it starts to lift. It's a combination of the thickness of the armorsuit and the case I use.     • Best screen protector I've put on yet...
I'm not bad at putting on screen protectors, but I still have a bubble or two that I have to figure out how to get rid of most times. But this, as weird as it was to put liquid all over everything, worked flawlessly! Well, the first time i didn't line up the edges right, so I actually took it off and did it again and it's been 2 days and it still looks great! Not one bubble anywhere. I will say that the fingerprints are still there, it's not magic in that regard, but my screen looked awful before cause my old screen protector had given up and this made my phone look brand new again!
