These are so much nicer than the cheap ones I used to have. I have really tall cupboards in the kitchen and always have to get out a stool to reach things on the top shelves. I’d recommend common sense on what to grab and what still requires a stool. But once you use them you’ll know what they work well with and what they won’t. They’re actually really handy for picking up things you drop on the floor (like pens, whatever) so you don’t have to bend over. With my bad back, I’m using these to reach both high and low. Well-built product with a nice, firm grip.

I have a couple of herniated disks in my back. Nothing crazy, but bending over gets painful after a while (some bending is no doubt good for me!). And I have two toddlers with 100’s of toys. This grabber has made cleaning up so much easier. These grabbers are solid. Definitely will hold up. Good grip and precise. Worth the money. Get ‘em if you need them.

I had one of these by a different manufacturer and it was terrible. It was so flimsy and didn’t pick up most things. As a senior with some health issues and being vertically challenged, I need to be able to retrieve things I drop on the floor, reach high for groceries in my pantry, or retrieve a handbag from the top shelf in my closet. These do the job. They are extremely effective and will pick up almost everything. I even used it to pick up a single sheet of paper and it worked!!! The product is very well made and having two in the set is perfect. My husband actually received these from an organization that helps the elderly in Florida. I was so impressed with the quality that I ordered a set for our other home in NJ. I keep one in the pantry and one in our closet. This is a very useful aid for any elderly person or someone with back/knee issues.

Best thing ever. Well made and sturdy. Glad the shaft is metal not plastic and the cord is steel cable and not just wire. Like that it comes in a 2 pack and the price is reasonable. I use it every day for all sorts of things.

Prefer the Grip N Grab slightly, but these are better value. Other brands not mentioned are flimsy - more breakable and can't lift some heavier items. Only reason this product is not 5 stars is the grip is a bit harder for me with arthritis compared to my favorite brand.

Easy fetching things high, low or back too far on the shelf/closet/cupboard, good to have the longer ones since I am tall so I don’t have to bend over as much to pick up items on floor. Also like feature to reposition the orientation of the pinching ends. Well made and fair price got (2) in the pack!

I bought these for myself at 7 months pregnant because I’m so tired of bending over to pick up my other two kids’ toys. They’re great and make cleaning way easier. Good quality and precise grip. An unexpected plus is that the kids think these are toys and now we play a cleaning game, going around the house putting things where they belong. They look like tiny little criminals serving community service off the side of the highway. The bad thing is now the kids can reach things they aren’t supposed to. Snacks on the top shelf, things on the fireplace mantle… so there’s that. I’m also planning on using these to pick peaches next summer. We’ll see how that goes.

The action on the grabber is smoother than others I have owned and grabs items with very little grip strength. Product is light too. The gripping head also rotates to make picking up items easier. Finally, I like that it is made in the USA.
