Simple easy to install and use. Will work on just about anything electric. Pretty sure you could wire this up to a blender and turn it on and off with a key lol not sure who would but you could. When I say its easy to use and install, it's no joke. Good product. 👍

I purchased this key switch to make a custom rocket launcher for model rockets. I love the quality of the mechanism with a firm but smooth click when engaged. The sides of the cylinder are squared off to prevent the cylinder from turning. You cannot remove the key when switched ON which is exactly what I wanted. This switch was the perfect safety switch so that I can be sure my kids don't launch a rocket when I'm standing right next to it! ... show more

Switches work fine, unfortunately one of the nuts on the back that secures them to whatever they're placed in came with the inside completely chewed up. It's out of round by about ½ a millimeter, which is a HUUUGE error, and there's practically no threads inside either. Onge you put it on, it just spins and spins and spins. I need two for the project I'm working on, which has to be done tomorrow, so now I'm scrambling to find hardware. Miserably poor quality control. If you get a good one, lucky you, enjoy. But if my case is any indication you've got a 50% shot at a completely unusable switch. I'm a fool for not opening and inspecting every inch of it before it was too late. ... show more
