Perfect for what they're intended to do. They fit on all my rolling luggage pieces, so I'm not sure why there were some reviews complaining about it being too small. Yes, it is very tight and takes to hands to get it on, but that helps the band stay in place no matter how tall or heavy the piece you,re trying to secure. That's very helpful when tilting or turning your rolling luggage. Small enough to keep in your purse, tote, backpack, man-purse, etc, to have ready to use when grabbing your checkins from the carousel or pulling down your carryons from the luggage rack. On trips where I minimize my luggage to just a rolling carryon, I keep it and a light expandable tote/duffle in my carryon on the way to my destination, so I have something extra for my travel souvenirs (or dirty laundry :) to easily manage on my way back home. ... show more
