We tried very hard to like this harness. While I feel it could be beneficial for those dogs that do well in a front clip harness, it rubbed my girl’s inner elbow raw and bloody within a 20 min walk. I now feel terrible for having her give this new harness a try.

I have an easily distracted german shepherd and live in a neighborhood with lots of rabbits. This leash prevents excessive pulling when mr bunny crosses our path at 5:30am. (I suppose I could spend more time training her - but it's 530am for job's sake!). She has not problem with me putting this on her so I assume it's comfortable.

It’s too fiddly for my little dog. The peash is supposed to be attached to both the front and back. When it is not, the second clasp is annoying. They need to make it so it attaches somewhere else on the leash to secure it.

This harness and leash set is very well made and has made it much easier to control my 80-pound adolescent pit bull/husky mix on walks. He is strong, energetic, and still learning leash manners, so I needed something sturdier and more secure than a standard back-clip harness. The quality feels solid overall. The material, stitching, clips, and leash connection all feel durable enough for a large, powerful dog. The harness adjusts easily and I was able to get a secure fit without it rubbing awkwardly or looking too tight. The front-clip design gives me better control and improves stability when my dog starts to pull or gets excited. It does not completely eliminate pulling — no harness magically trains the dog for you — but it reduces the force and makes him much easier to redirect. His mobility still seems good; he can walk, sniff, and move naturally without the harness restricting his shoulders or chest. I also like the versatility of having both the harness and leash together as a set. It works well for everyday neighborhood walks, and I would feel comfortable using it for training walks or outings where I need a little extra control. Overall, this is a sturdy, well-designed harness and leash set for a medium-to-large dog, especially one that is strong or overly enthusiastic on walks. It is not a substitute for training, but it is a big improvement over a standard back-clip harness.

I bought this for my 90 lb Rottweiler Mix Rescue. Short stature, stockiness, and lack of previous leash training make for a difficult to walk. I was unwilling to try a prong collar or anything that can damage the windpipe. Her powerful bursts and running could not be corrected or deterred by simply clipping the leash to the back ring. The front ring placement did slow her down some by slightly moving her to the side when reaching the length of the lead. But it didn’t slow her enough to safely walk. The genius of this combo system is the continuous loop leash that clips in the front and back simultaneously. The play in the leash creates a level of responsiveness and refocuses her attention to the person leading the walk. As promised, she looks to me to guide her. This is a game changer! I’m finally able to give her the needed exercise that deserves. The harness and leash I chose are vivid and fun. The area that covers the chest is velvety for comfort and adds a touch of flair. My dog was on the cusp between two sizes. I chose the larger size and adjusted to smallest setting. This created a bit of “give”; causing the harness to move sideways a bit. There have been no signs of discomfort. But i’m getting the smaller harness to test if a snug fit helps her recorreft more quickly. If you already have a harness with the front and back loop combo, I strongly suggest the double clip leash. Love it!

I am very happy with this new harness and leash for my dog! She is a puller and I had been attaching her leash to her collar which I learned isn’t a good idea. The very first time I put this on her, it’s like she knew she was supposed to stay closer to me on walks. It was almost magic! The quality is excellent and I love the design and the velvet strap on the bottom!
