The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, we bought much longer tapcons because we are in a very windy part of SWFL so want to make sure it stays put. We used cedar planks and love the look and privacy. Post seem solid, would recommend.

Good product. Good design. I did have a problem however. The posts are built with a Chanel to accept 3/4 thick material. I was using western cedar with one smooth side and the other rough. The boards were slightly irregular in thickness. So when I went to slide them down the channels, they bound up. Some boards went in easy, somè didn't. Those boards had to have the first 1/2" planed so they would fit. What should have been an hour install took almost 3 hours. In the end my customer was happy. ... show more
