The tire is nice. It performs really well on my minibike. I run thin tires on it and these are wonderful. My minibike had scrub brakes and it lasted WAY longer then the tire that came on the minibike originally. i would say this is 100% worth the money.

Got this tire for my mini bike because I only ride it on the street, and this seemed like an economical option. I used this (tubeless) tire with a tube, as I don’t have a sealed rim. Used this to help with ride quality and not wear out the knobby tire. Greatly improved ride quality however was very difficult to get on due to having a proper sidewall and bead.

I'm working on a fast mobility scooter that can hopefully take me off of paved trails. I've been evaluating different tire and wheel sizes. I think this tire is a good set of compromises. It is built much more like a motorcycle tire than a bicycle tire. I expect it is much safer at road speeds It is slightly larger diameter than a wheelchair tire, but similar width. It is sort of a flat bottomed round profile.. This works well for my purpose, even though it isnt a 2 wheel leaning scooter. It has a minimal contact patch on road for efficiency, but gets progressively wider as it sinks into soft ground off road. The smooth tread spins easier than studded on grass, but that is mostly ok as it throws less mud when that happens. These are stiff enough to run low pressure tubeless. ... show more
