Made a nice custom exhaust. Used a mig set on high power and stitch welded joints. Welded easy. TIG not required. I actually don't use the overlap sections, I prefer butt welds so I can grind welds flat and pipe looks like one piece. I only used one box for my 72 Bronco with header 2 into one. Welds good, nice assortment of pieces. Bought 2 sets, one for an LS430 muffler delete and one for a dual exhaust w/H pipe for a 65 Falcon. Still have a lot left over for future projects. Rusts quick, clean well and hit with some high temp paint to avoid that.

Pipe was easy to clean. There’s allot of oil inside of the pipe. Pipe cut ready with cuttoff wheel and portable band saw. Make sure you grind surface before welding. Pipe is 1/4” smaller in diameter at bends than straight sections. Overall for the price… My customer is happy with an 800hp ford lightning coyote. ... show more
