I've used quite an array of different screen protectors over the years. Some were pretty good while others were just a waste of money. This kit has to be the best experience I've had with installing and using a screen protector. I invested in this kit about 4 years ago. It came with (2) glass screen protectors. After the usual anxiety I experience when having to install one of these I mentally prepared myself, watched the online installation video and proceeded with the install. I was easiest installation of a screen protector by far and the kit included everything that was needed to ensure a smooth and easy installation. As far as durability, I am usually pretty careful with my phone but of course I did drop it a few times. The protective glass did develop some minor cracks in it but the phone was still usable and was in no way any kind of inconvenience. Just recently, after about 4 years it started peel a tiny bit on the upper part of the screen which was made worst over time from the downward swiping motion. While still fully functional it became a bit of an eyesore and then I remembered that the kit came with a 2nd screen protector. I just watched the installation video again and followed the steps to replace it on the phone. The process was a piece of cake and now the screen on the phone looks brand new again. The kit also came with a glass protector for the camera lenses on the back of the phone which I originally install. The original one is still in place and in perfect condition so there was no need to replace that even through the kit came with (2) extra covers for that. Factoring in the long term durability, the fact that they provide a video for installation instructions, and the kit is designed for and makes installation a breeze, giving this a 5 start review is a no brainer and why I took the time to wrote this review. ... show more

It's important to get the correct size since not all models of the Galaxy S21 are the same size. This product, when I chose "S21 (6.2 inch)", fit my phone, which self-identifies as "Galaxy S21 5G" with model name "SM-G991U1", perfectly. The kit has three protectors and my first attempt produced a flawless result, leaving two more in the box. My previous technology was a "wet process" with a TPU protector. It invariably took four tries to get one without bubbles. And then, when a case was installed, edges and particularly corners would come up. With this product, my first installation produced no bubbles. (I'd look at both the video referenced on the product page as well as the vendor's videos on YouTube as they emphasize different things.) Unlike the wet process, which required several minutes of squeegeeing, this product magically self-adheres! (I did have to initiate that process with my finger.) It then left a small bubble I quickly eliminated with the squeegee. The wet process requires overnight drying before installing a case and I followed that protocol for this one as well although it's not mentioned in the instructions. I now suspect that was unnecessary. In any case my JETech case has not caused any problems with the protector and I don't anticipate any future problems. Because the plastic alignment tray provides such precise positioning on the screen, there is a tiny line betwee the edges of the protector and the case itself, protecting the corners/edges from turning up. Initially I could not get biometric fingerprint scanning to work. However, about a month after installing, I could. Perhaps this interval of time somehow helped. I much prefer fingerprint scanning to face recognition as the latter seems not to be used as authentication for apps. With two more protectors in the box, I fully expect the protector to last the life of my phone. I have finally found an effective screen protector technology and will buy this brand for all future phones. ... show more

The tool in this kit is super reliable. Make's installation perfect with the alignment tool. Unfortunately, it's not dark enough when someone is next to you. If they are in front of you, there is no shade/privacy. Just installed it and it's super smooth and perfect...but again...not much privacy. Needs to be darker. Hopefully, the screen doesn't fall apart like some other brands. Will update my review when and if it does. ... show more

NOTE:: this package said A04, i almost sent it back but actually fit my s21plus perfectly. price was good. came two to a box with protector for the camera also and installation aids. will buy again. Put this privacy screen on my S21 and suddenly I’m living in witness protection people next to me tilt their heads like 🐦 trying to see my screen, but nope. Denied. Installation? The frame snapped on so easily I felt like a professional… “Look at me, I am the technician now.” Tempered glass? Smooth, responsive, and I dropped my phone face-down on tile not a crack, not a scratch, not even a dramatic gasp. Camera lens protectors stayed on tight too. My photos still look crisp… like, “did I just take that with a NASA satellite?” crisp.
