The first thing I noticed when I opened the outer box and saw the inner box was randomly placed packing tape leading me to believe I got someone else's return. The second thing was one of the led light strips on the back was not installed properly(see photos). The third problem is this helmet has absolutely no actual head cushions. It's fabric over Styrofoam. The fourth problem is the front module doesn't stay up. It slams shut while trying to put the helmet on. Extremely poor quality design and quality control.
