Bought this for my daughter after buying her her first motorcycle. Daughter loved it and was extremely happy with the overall fit and comfort of the helmet while riding. She was also happy with the way the to open the front of the helmet, making it easy to put on before riding. Would absolutely recommend this product to others who need a good solid helmet and a very reasonable price. The padding is comfortable and the shaded visor inside is a great attachment that the riders love. I really like this helmet. It's very comfortable with soft yet secure padding. It fits and feels better than my O'Neil and probably even my FOX helmet. I got it to use on my SxS and it's working great. I would recommend cleaning the visor with antistatic plexi glass cleaner if using it for off road. It's pretty light in my opinion. Visors are pretty smooth overall, seals well in the chin area. I like the ratchet strap style buckle, it's super convenient. The only negative I found is that you need to swing the modular piece down pretty firmly to make sure it secures/locks. Other than that, I recommend and will be buying another one for the wife. ... show more

I am really liking this modular helmet...the features are great...being able to flip it up during long lights is nice here in Tx when it's 100 degrees out...the flip down sun visor is perfect, non-polarized so it doesn't interfere with my TFT display and I don't have to worry about sunglasses anymore. I think it is a bit quieter than my previous Bell full face helmet. The vents provide a nice amount of air flow and I find it very comfortable. As for sizing...the size chart is accurate...I have a measurement of about 23"...for my Bell helmet that was a size Large...for this helmet that is a size XL...the XL fits secure across my forehead, not too tight not too loose. The final feature I LOVE about this helmet is the quick release buckle system...no more threading the strap through d rings...simply snap it in to get going and then just pull on the tab to release it...quick and easy. I think this helmet is a great buy IMO...measure your head carefully and get the right size...the graphics (I got the Arrow Blue) look great...the visors are crystal clear and it is very well put together...I have no doubt it would protect me if needed, although I hope I never have to test it. ... show more

I'm glad I purchased from 1Storm. Modular, sun shield, front & top vents, removable padding...the works for a great price. The face latch is solid and easy to release even with light gloves. I do take off my winter gloves before trying. I wouldn't call the helmet extremely lightweight but I wouldn't want a full-face helmet to be so. I want protection. I've called customer service twice. Both times they were courteous and answered my questions. First time was to get more chin padding (L) for my XL helmet. I had it in less than a week, free of charge. The second was to ask for a recommendation for re-attaching a portion of the bottom trim (hot glue was answer). Because they offer multiple colors, I got a near perfect match for my '23 Honda Rebel 500. I like the quick-release chin strap since my bike doesn't have a helmet lock (for which a D-ring is a necessity). I just put the provided protective cover over the helmet before carrying it into work or putting in my tail box. Lots of people don't even know I "ride" to work. ... show more

To provide a little backstory, I purchased an AGV helmet (not modular) about 2 years ago. I love that helmet, but it's an absolute nightmare with my hair extensions. I purchased this inexpensive modular helmet with the plan of purchasing a higher end modular helmet if I decided I liked it. I didn't expect much from this helmet considering I am comparing it to my $250 AGV, but let me tell you, I am shocked at the quality of this. Of course it feels a bit cheaper, but it functions exactly how I need it to. A few notes about the design: I will never go back to a traditional helmet. Period. Modular all the way. I definitely feel like a fkn dork when I have the face portion lifted when im taking it on and off, but it's worth it. It's so much easier to get in and out of with my hair extensions, ear piercings, and ear buds. The road noise is not much louder than my AGV which is shocking. Another thing I noticed that I really cannot explain is the aerodynamics. I dont know what it is, but I dont feel like my head it getting blown around as much in this helmet as it does my AGV. I ride a naked sport bike, so I literally experience all the wind. Im not sure if perhaps the AGV just didn't fit properly or if there really is something to the design of this inexpensive one. I noticed it is the same height as my AGV, but it is a bit wider. Im assuming this is bc of the extra room needed for all of the mechanical parts needed to make it modular. Not a deal breaker, just worth mentioning. Im very small, so this makes me look even more like a bobblehead than my original helmet. I would recommend this helmet all day for anyone looking for something inexpensive and modular. Im going to keep wearing it for the season and I'll report back if anything changes. ... show more

Love the look and finish of the paint job.I got the corbonfiber. Fits to size but does have the new smell.The fit was snug but soft and comfortable.Comes with chin curtain and love the modular flip up. Cool pull down sun shades and notice the shield does not get foged up because there is no seal on the edges .Ver comfortable and light.
