Initially had this at a very expensive Italian restaurant and they were kind enough to share the brand. Ever since then I bought this large container and a restaurant-style green olive oil bottles. My favorite is my daily avocado toast. This oil has a wonderful flavor and a drop of heat as an aftertaste. Also tastes great on salads with a little lemon juice, on pizza, really anything. We also cut up some japanese pumpkin, sprinkle some oil on it and roast in the oven. Comes out delicious. With all the zillions of olive oils out there, this is really one of the best and a good choice if you want to add that refined unique flavor to your cooking. Ohh....whenever I pick up some fresh bread I'm dunking it in this oil. Now that I'm thinking about I really want to heat up some bread and do that but it's 2am so I'll be good and wait for tomorrow.
