I am a tall guy(6' 3") who infrequently plays golf. I finally replaced the clubs I bought in college with this set and man am I impressed. Great fairway control with the woods and hybrid. The +1" length is just the tweak I needed to keep from topping the ball. No longer do I have to play down two clubs to get the handle length that I needed! Great bang for the buck. I hadent played in 10 years. Plated 2 full games a d several trips to the range. I quickly outgrew the clubs. They are great for the occasional golfer or beginner but once you get into it then you should spend the money on a better set. Switched to Taylor's and droped 121the next weekend same course as they hit a little.further and straighter. If your just starting out ... show more

Nice clubs and bag for the intermediate golfer. A step up from Wilson, and Strata got nothing on them. Aspire is brand on all accessories, priced $200 less than Strata, $150 more than Wilson’s.     • Decent but still kind of cheap.

Will keep this simple with pros and cons: PROS: - relatively cheap for size of set - length options - irons feel pretty good on impact - comes with a REALLY nice stand bag CONS: - not a 19 piece set (18) unless you remove the shoulder straps and count that. - irons had scratches out of box on the polished areas of the club face (not a dealbreaker for me as they will eventually have scratches anyways). - the "Titanium" driver face dented in after a few balls at the range. I use a different driver anyways but it does make me question the quality of the entire set. - grips seem hard and not "grippy." CONCLUSION: Still a decent set to get into golf but you do have to sacrafice some things. Wilson is cheaper and possibly better but comes with less clubs. I'm pretty much a new golfer but honestly I'm going to return this set because of the cons. I'm a fast hands on leaner and would rather invest a little extra now than lose out on my earned money later. I'm gonna get the tommy armour evo set and have the irons lengthened (I'm 6'6"). I wanted a second set of golf clubs to leave with my daughter and son in law. The clubs arrived promptly. I hit well on the practice range. I hit most of the clubs well in my first 9 hole match. The next day we played 18 holes and I improved. I hit most all of the clubs accurately . My putter is a different configuration from my usual putter so I need more practice to improve my putting.
