Let's start from the packaging, the hair came with all the necessary goodies for installation - HD cap, melt band. Then the hair already smelled washed straight from the box, like it didn't have any funny smell whatsoever, so I just installed it immediately. Now let's talk about the installation, it came pre-plucked, but I did go in to pluck some more, but apart from that, the installation was so seamless. The lace was so thin that it was easy to melt into my skin, and it was pre-bleached as well. The hairline looked so natural, which made it easy to style in different ways. Now to the quality of the actual hair, like I said, the curls were tight and bouncy, and the hair was very soft. It did shed a little bit, but it was tangle-free. I combed through mine a couple of times. Another thing was even after combing the hair several times, if I just spray water on the curls, it bounces back. I bought 20 inches, but it looked like 22 inches, so it was true to length. It was a happy buy and I would recommend the unit.

I purchased this wig a week ago, right outta of the bag it looks good. I ordered 24 inches wig was true to length. OK. After a week the hair is shedding terribly. The curls are only in the back,the front of the wig the hair is completely straight... The wig has several bald spots. The back had the lace sewn onto the hair so putting it in a ponytail is impossible the lace in the back shows. You would need to cut a row of hair off to get rid of the lace in the back. I am so disappointed. I have worn curly wigs for 5 years. I have never purchased a wig this terribly made . 0 stars! After 2 months os matted. I thought wasking woukd help. This isnt human hair. Thelwet picture shows the hair that came out after a wash.
