Got this fencing to keep our dogs out of one section of our yard and away from the fence where they love to fence fight with our neighbors dog. We knew from the reviews it was not horribly sturdy, but that's okay because we have dogs that won't test that, it's a visual barrier and that is enough for them. Came faster than promised, super easy install and when we need to pull it up for parties or weeding/mowing it's easy to remove and replace without offering up a few curses like some other fences have inspired. The gate is wonderful as this also blocks off their access to our garden and fire pit so that allows us easy access to that area. It looks great and we get a lot of compliments. It wouldn't hold up to any dogs who pushed on it with lots of body weight or ran full speed, but my 25lb niece did barrel into a few times and it held up so it can take a small beating!

If you don't want to spend a couple thousand dollars on a 6ft wood fence, this is the next best thing. This is a solid fence barrier if you're looking for something easy and affordable to keep your dogs enclosed and other neighborhood dogs out. The gate is just wide enough for me to walk my lawnmower through, so wide enough for most needs. I installed this about 9 months ago...its held up and didn't budge through heavy wind gust and heavy rain. I highly recommend. I just bought my second set for another part of our yard. The stakes are easy to install with a rubber mallet takes less than 30 minutes to install. I've seen no change in the material yet, no rust either. Great buy in my opinion.

It is MUCH STURDIER than it looks. Weeks after I installed, a black bear climbed over to get into our yard and the fence didn't budge. While apparently not tall enough to keep a bear out, it does keep my black lab in so that's good. The install was really quick and simple. Only took about an hour. I would most certainly recommend.

I have bought soooo many fence styles like this along with this one. We buy the Taller ones for our dogs to keep them in a smaller enclosure. Then for our Garden area to keep my dogs and other animals from eating my veggies! easy to use and install. Walk through gate is a must! This would be great for a rental that is not fenced in for kids or animals and then take it with you when you go. In my city there is no permit needed for these types of fences as the are not cemented in. I will say that sturdy enough but not for climbing or leaning on them. Our labs have jumped on them and they leaned a little, but did not knock them down or bend them. Could use at campground etc.

I wanted some temporary fencing to prevent autumn leaves from blowing from a neighbor's yard. Since the fence is a straight line rather than a square or circle, it is not very sturdy, i.e., it definitely would not deter pets from bulldozing right through it. However, it was easy to assemble and install. Unfortunately, one of the reasons I bought this brand was because in two of the photos in the product description, it said the stakes go a full 12" into the ground; that is false. I bought 3 boxes of these fence panels and the length of the stakes varied by box by about 1". Even the longest stakes reach only 7.75" into the ground. Also, it says the total fence length is 28.8' with 12 panels, making each panel 28.8" wide; that is not true either---each panel is 27" wide and there is a one-inch overlap when attaching one panel to another so the total assembled length is just short of 25'. As for the "point" mentioned at the end of the stakes, two boxes' stakes were *very* slightly tapered and the third box's stakes had no tapering at all. And after all that, many leaves have slipped through the 1.5"-wide grid openings. On the other hand, many have not. So for my usage of this fencing, it's just so-so but it may fit your intended use just fine.

For our application (Halloween safety), worked great. Super easy to install and to remove, doesn't take much space to store. Sturdy enough to hold back excited kiddos and prevented persons rolling down hill (as our sidewalk is elevated)! This set had 12 panels over the 10 most listings had. They are slightly larger as well, so a better value. Had to use a mallet to drive some stakes in, which was simple enough. Easier to install with two people, but I did it my self. Recommend!
