Amazing value for people just starting out, kids, etc. The quality of many items is what you'd expect for the price, but it's good enough to play, experiment, and upgrade later when you learn what you like. The brush washing basin cracked in the first week, the acrylics are low quality and challenging to use, palette knives are thin enough to cut you if you're not careful, oil brushes are pretty bad. But the acrylic brushes, desktop easel, paper pads, and some other items are very good for the price. You couldn't come close to buying a fraction of this stuff at this price - after pricing a basic easel, brushes, etc, this was running a 20% off deal and cheaper overall, and I'm happy with my choice. 5 stars for value, 4 overall.

The two easels cover everything from kitchen table sketching to backyard landscapes, the paint selection lets you try acrylics, watercolors, and oils without running to the store, and the extras like the apron, knives, and brush basin make it feel like a real setup instead of a toy. I tinkered across all three mediums and had a ball, then watched my kids pick a canvas each and get right to it. This is the kind of set that gets people painting today, not next weekend. The So-So ➖ Tripod easel takes a little patience to set up square, once locked it is steady. ➖ Drawer or storage trays can stick if you overpack them, pack light and they glide better. ➖ A few accessories feel entry level, the thinnest palette knives flex more than I like, fine for buttering paint but not for heavy scraping. ➖ The 200 piece vibe invites big first projects, but the paints are best treated as a sampler to learn what you love before upgrading favorites. The paints span primary and secondary families with enough earth tones to keep skin and landscape studies from looking cartoon bright. This the best art kit I have ever had in my life. I was completely blown away when I opened it! You literally get everything!! It is so high quality, packaged well for easy storage, and an amazing set for beginners or people who are more established in their craft. The brushes are so high quality and you get a different set/type for each of the different types of paints! Even the apron is really nice. This is such a high value for the money, I would absolutely recommend this for anyone who is getting started, or looking for a highly functional gift for the artists in their lives.

This art painting kit is a very comprehensive and all-inclusive set that truly has everything you need to get started—acrylics, watercolors, oils, brushes, and even an easel. It’s an excellent starting point for beginners as well as a convenient bundle for more experienced artists who want a complete kit in one box. That said, there are a couple of minor drawbacks. The drawer tends to get stuck sometimes when opening and closing, and the tripod easel takes a bit of patience to set up properly—it doesn’t just snap into place smoothly. Once it’s up, though, it holds steady enough for painting. Overall, despite these small quirks, it’s a fantastic value for the price. A truly well-rounded kit that makes it easy to jump right into painting without having to buy separate supplies.
