I call this the 6 dollar cheap stuff on Amazon which is the best most colorful, sticky and easy to apply. Better than more expensive brands like Vivid. Looks good in day or night, on or off. It’s also doesn’t overheat lamp.

Ok let’s get into it, after reading reviews I tried their methods but was never satisfied. You should follow the instruction on the page. So here we go. Cut out amount of tint. Only peel sticky side (take your time no rush). Wet lens and sticky side of tint. Here’s what you need a squeegee( brought one from Walmart for $2) move the water and bubbles from the middle outward to the edges,use fingers as well. Then trim edges of film but not too close. If you miss a bubble you can peel the tint up and squeegee it again as many times as you need to it will stick. Get a blow dry and heat edges (keep it moving) and lay edges down with finger and/or tooth pick. Don’t be afraid to practice ... show more

Bought this for some small white LED's that I put on the front of my 12' ft aluminum fishing boat. After an over night crabbing trip in Tomales Bay, it became very clear I needed fog lights instead. LOL A single layer was kind of dull to me compared to other lights I have and I wasn't sure how effective it would be in the fog so I added a 2nd layer to get more of a yellow/amber color to better match the others. I haven't had a run in with the night fog since but if/when I do I'll make an update if there's anything to report. I took the light apart and covered the whole lens, be sure to take off protective layer especially if doubling up layers. Cut very easy, sticks well and has held up in salt water use. ... show more

First off, the value you'll get from this roll of film is incredible! Purchasing pre-cut film can cost more than twice as much for the same amount. With this roll, depending on your fog light size, you'll have enough film to complete the job 5 to 10 times—think of the possibilities! Remember, the film has two sides: a sticky side and a smooth side. To avoid messes, just use three small pieces of tape—placing two on each side of the film to hold it flat, and one to carefully peel back the backing. When ready, apply the sticky side to your fog light using soapy water for an even, smooth finish. Next, squeegee out the water to ensure a snug fit, then use a heat gun to seal the film perfectly in place. My first attempt came out a lighter shade, which wasn’t quite the look I wanted. So, I waited a day, applied another layer, and voilà—the bright yellow HID look I was dreaming of was finally achieved! ... show more

I really do not recommend that Amazon sell this product. I followed the instructions, well, IT DOES NOT STICK TO THE HEADLIGHT SURFACE. In other words, it is a waste of your money. It all went into the trash!
