As a newbie to wearing human hair and protective styling with weaves, i am not trying to spend a lot of money on weaves because I am not sure if it is something I will consistently do. I got this frontal for a test run and I am sure it will be successful at that. The only reason I took away a star is because the knots did not bleach. Some of the knots did get lighter but they are large and dark. So I will need some makeup to make it work. If they would have at least mostly lifted, it would have been 5 stars. But once again, it is a $30 lace frontal. It will: 1. Not look like Beyonce’s. She pays thousands for her hair. This is $30 2. Have quite a bit of short pieces. Human hair is expensive. This is likely the rejected strands that don’t make the quality run 3. Be dyed and permed to make a cohesive color and curl. So with that in mind, it may not lift evenly, if at all and the curls are added using chemicals. Therefore, it will break off with a lot of heat and/or chemical processing. Overall, it’s workable. Not the worst, definitely not the best. But if you are a beginner it’s a good starting point. If you want Beyonce’s lacefront then you need to pay Beyoncé money. I have bleached the knots, trimmed the ends, and deep conditioned the unit. I have not worn it yet but so far I have not experienced any shedding.

One of the first things I noticed is the knots are super small on this lace so it should bleach really easy and give you a nice realistic look. The lace is thin, I’m not sure if it’s super HD, but it’s definitely not that thick Swiss transparent lace. I think it’s going to be rather easy to melt the lace. It’s has a jagged hair line so you won’t need to do that much plucking to make it look good.
