For the price, this an amazing running belt. I don’t have anything else to compare it to, as it’s my first running belt purchase, but this is the only belt that I will buying moving forward. It has 3 pockets (1 large, 1 medium, 1 small). The small one is perfect for an ID, car fob, etc. The medium one is good for gels, and other items (not big enough for a phone). The large pocket fits my 250ml water bladder perfectly. I don’t carry my phone on runs, but the pocket is big enough to fit a phone, plus a smaller water bladder like a 125ml. The belt sits perfectly just above the waistband of my shorts. I found that is the best position for it. It is extremely comfortable; It didn’t affect my running form at all. There is ZERO bounce, even with a full 250ml bladder, a gel, and car key fob. I ran 5.5mi at 9:00/mi, and it was great. I’ll be buying more colors in the future.

Nice fabric with a moisture barrier inside each pocket. The pockets are spacious enough for an iPhone, AirPods, keys, and some cash. The zippers are high quality and feature a cord with a rubber attachment for easy use. The waistband is adjustable and can be sized down for a smaller waist. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to avid walkers, runners, hikers, and it could easily be used for travel.

Great quality and very durable. Can easily hold four phones in the two big main pockets. It’s sleek looking and is stable while running and has practically zero “bounce”. I’ve used it to sprint, interval training and run 8+ miles at once with it. The value is exceptional for what you pay and I’ve bought several running belts. Super suitable for running and my new favorite running belt.

I really like this belt. I got it in May of 2025 and the front zipper broke and the seems between pockets started to rip by March 2026. I was really hoping this would last longer but still giving 4 stars because it was a good belt. I could fit a soft water flask in the bigger pocket with my phone in the smaller front pocket for hotter, short runs that I didn't need a full hydration vest for. I still use it when I only need to carry my phone for now.

Excellent 3-pocket design (iPhone-sized phone, key pocket, & credit card pocket. Much less bulky than many fanny packs. Belt is dark, so you may prefer the WATERFLY Fanny Pack for Women Men Water Resistant Small Waist Pouch Slim Belt Bag with 4 Pockets Lightweight Crossbody Chest Bag Fit All Phones, 11.02 x 2.1 x 4.3 inch for outfits where you want a light gray belt. Unlike many brands, this pack's belt goes small enough for a size 8 woman's waist. Note that the belt is stretchy, so it gives a slightly different look. Color selection is very good. I haven't had it long enough to rate the zippers yet, but they are all working fine after a month.

Recently got into running a bit more and wanted to find a low-profile flexible belt that has enough space for a phone, cards/license and/or car key that doesn't "jiggle" while running...and the WATERFLY Running Belt checked all those boxes and comes in really great colors! I am a short distance runner so far, so no need to water bottles just yet, but if you are needing space for water bottles, the most you can do is clip one on. The belt is durable from the stretch to the zippers to the buckle. Pockets are tight, but fit what I need, which is an IPHONE 15 Plus in case, my license, chapstick and car key. The fit is nice as well. I am a 34" waist and have a bit of room, so it is not too tight and adjustable to fit as needed. I usually where it under my shirt, and it does not cut in to my belly at all. Color is nice, fit is great, durable and overall solid running belt!

It’s ok. I don’t think it’s as anti bounce as I thought it would be based on the description. I think the stretchy waistband makes it more prone to bounce when running if you put a phone in it. I like the storage. it holds what I need and it looks very nice. I think it would be great for walking or hiking but it’s so so for running.
