Bought it in sept...tried it out in oct. .works ok for 2 or 3 staples...turns out they left off the rod and spring that pushes the staples forward..so its useless.. Oh well.

Solid steel construction with a nice rubber handle. Stapler has a very good feeling the hand and easy to use. Unfortunately on the first day using the stapler jammed. Was using 5/16 Arrow brand Staples. No obvious way with torx screw on front or bolts on top to fix the jammed stapler. Don't see any Staples jammed in the tip....so not sure what's causing the issue. I have to call customer service to try to figure out how to fix it. Materials and manufacture seems quality but having it jam on the first day using it without a way to fix is frustrating. ... show more
