This trampoline exceeded my expectations! It is huge and sturdy. I greatly appreciate the stakes included to anchor the trampoline, preventing it from flying away in bad weather. However, what I even appreciate more is this company's excellent customer service. Initally, I did not realize that the sprinkler system and led light system would arrive separately. When I received the trampoline without the other components, I contacted customer service. Not only did they respond immediately, but also they tracked the second delivery and kept me notified about shipping status. And get this...they even contacted me after everything arrived to inquire about my satisfaction and whether they could answer any questions I may have about setup. Trampolines are expensive purchases. I am so grateful I picked a trampoline that is durable and safe from a trustworthy company dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Had an issue w missing parts and when we put together one of the poles broke. After contacting the manufacture they were more then willing to fix the issue and sent replacement parts fast! Great customer service!

This just arrived yesterday, so I cannot speak to the durability or anything. Let me tell you what I can...the instructions are BASIC! The pictures are difficult and the description, not so great. We have 5 kids, so this is not our first go round with trampoline assembly. My best advice, follow the directions as best you can and here are a few tips we found to make things easier - so you don't have to take it all apart and start over when the frame comes apart with 10 springs left to attach. 1. Make sure the frame is securely pushed together at all T joints. The slightest bit of space has the potential to cause you major problems. 2. The directions say to attach and bolt the ling poles the net hangs from after you attach the mat. Attach those before you attach the mat. This makes sure all the legs are bolted on and will prevent the left leg from popping out constantly while trying to stretch springs. 3. When attaching the upright net holding poles, only attach the lower section, it makes attaching the net easier in a future step. 4. We found about half the holes the springs are supposed to slide into were not in the exact place for the springs to go in easily. Have a rubber mallet handy for those. You can pull the spring into place and have someone tap firmly, but not hard, on the end. It slips right into place and makes life SO much easier. 4. Put the spring cover on...DO NOT tie it yet! I promise it will make life so much easier. 5. Hang the net. The upper part of the uprights, tie the net and lift it up to another person standing on the trampoline. They can help guide, while you click it onto place. It's a bit tedious and you have to stretch the net, to get the 2 parts of the upright piles to s click together...but it is so much easier to attach and lift up (especially when you are short - my 6' 2" nephew was reaching well over his head to tie them, before we decided to take the poles apart and try it this way). 6. Shocking, and I about cried...but you have to sew the bottom of the net to the mat. After all the struggling, to get to this last part and realize I had to sew. Anyhow, it's not that bad. Tie it off to a triangle/spring loop on the mat go up through the net and back to the triangle. Back up through the net and skip 4 to 6 holes before coming back through the net and down to the next triangle. This step will make so much more sense once you have it in your hands. 7. Now, tie the spring cover down. This way, the whole time your maneuvering around to sew and hang the net you can slide this out of your way.

The trampoline is huge and amazing but the customer service is amazing!! We were missing just the 3 balance bars and they sent then to us with no problems and were very quick about it as well.

My husband assembled this in maybe an hour and a half. The trampoline is super sturdy. Our kids (ages 10, 9, 9) love jumping, and the neighborhood kids all come over to jump. Just a tip - the accessories come in a separate shipment. I sent an email to the manufacturer when I thought they were missing. I got a response very quickly with a tracking number, and even a few follow up emails to see how we liked the trampoline. It’s a great purchase!

Thought this would be a nice unit, but when try to assemble found not all parts were in the boxes. Could not find any contact information to call and try to get parts needed. Unit is not stable to use without these parts. Do not waste your money on this product.
