Neutral: Sound isn't loud but is high pitched, spinner got 80% of water out but still dripped a little. Cord isn't very long. Cons: Lid is flimsy. Sadly, my lid arrived broken, so I had to return and purchase again. Overall great product for mini washes, traveling, camping, etc. I wouldn't use it as my primary means of washing clothes, unless you live in a very small space.

Oh my god, this portable washing machine is a game-changer! The fact that it's mini and foldable is just amazing. When folded, it's like a tiny box that can easily fit in my suitcase or a cabinet drawer. I take it with me on trips and it's been a lifesaver. The 12L capacity is larger than I expected and it can handle a decent amount of clothes at once. The multiple timer modes are so handy and it's super easy to operate. This portable washing machine is my life saver. I live in a small apartment and it's great. I bought a smaller mini washing machine before and used it for over a year. But this is bigger. I can wash more. It smelled strange at first, but it disappeared after that. I do more laundry with a foldable washer, and I don't have to spend a dime to do laundry at an apartment building's expensive laundry.

For the price of this mini washing machine, this is a very good deal. Although I still have to go to the laundromat to wash some things, this portable washer does a great job of washing small clothes. Usually I can wash the whole thing and then wash it separately. You have to carefully balance the items in the rotating basket so that it doesn't wobble, but if you do, this mini washing machine will work just fine. Clothes are a little wetter than normal machines after rotation, but enough to dry.
