I like this item for the most part but am frustrated with a few things. (My cons towards the bottom.) But they are more of things which irritate me and not actual 'bad' things. I highly recommend this belt! My pros: (1) Option to use a powerbank to allow the user to be mobile. They even added a pocket, on the belt, to put the powerbank into! I've tried this option and love it! So, I know it works well. (2) The heat is very relaxing and does make me feel better no matter where I apply it. (3) Excellent value for the price considering all aspects of this device. The number of lights on it, the overall easy to use controller, the tons of helpful info included in their guidelines booklet, the power alternative option, the pocket on the belt for that powerbank, the long elastic band included that is totally adjustable. And, overall, the entire thing, including even the elastic band, is very comfortable. I have sensitive skin, so this is huge. My only cons are below. And, to be honest, they are more of nitpicking and not brokens or anything. I would still buy this all over again. I did a lot of research and am so happy I picked this one! My cons: (1) The paperwork included is a user manual that is just three pages. It looks like this literature is specific to the belt. Then an 18 page guidelines booklet that is for all their products. Though that isn't obvious at first. Both items contain reference that the user should use protective eyewear, with the guideline book stating the eyewear is included. Just confusing is all. Mine didn't come with protective eyewear but assuming that's because of how the belt is used. (2) It would be helpful if the controller was further away from where it connects to the belt. When I used it on my lower back, it wasn't as easy to access. Or, this could just be me and my wider hips. lol (3) The instructions on how to use the belt (in the short user manual) are not fully clear, though I figured it out. Sort of. The pulse mode? No clue. When I hit the power button twice for flash pulse mode, the display gives this value "10H2". That means nothing to me and isn't referenced in the instructions. But, it seems that this indicates the pulse mode as the device flashes when I set it to that.

This portable heating pad is great to use on my lower back as well as abdominal area when having pain or cramps. I feel like the red light helps but I’m not really sure how. I attach it to my USB power source and it gives me a good amount of heat.. I have used it for a little while and so far and it has worked well.

This red light therapy heating pad is very soft and flexible. Constructed of a pretty pink fleecy neoprene, it is shaped like a giant smile, 14” across at the top and 5 1/2” across at the bottom. The pad is only 1/8” thick and weighs 5.5 ounces including the belt. The lights are centered on the pad and are 9 1/2” wide x 6” high. They are spaced 1/2” apart side to side, and 3/8” apart top to bottom. There are a total of 156 lights. You can lay the pad either on your belly or back, or use the included slightly stretchy velcro-ended belt to secure it into place. The belt is 28 1/2” long, with rounded ends, and 2” of velcro on each end. Both the pad and the belt are edged with fabric and zig-zag stitching. The stitching is smooth and even with no skips, pulls, or loose threads. It comes with a velvet drawstring bag for storage. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. The back of the pad has a plug in for the included cord. The cord has a USB-C end for inserting into the pad and a standard USB plug for inserting in the included charging block. The cord is a total of 60” long and has a controller inline 29” from the USB-C plug-in. The controller has a pressure sensitive touch switch for both turning the pad on or off and controlling the intensity. Holding the switch adjusts the intensity. There is a light on the switch which glows brighter to indicate more intensity and dimmer to indicate less intensity. The pad automatically turns off after 30 minutes of use. I am also able to use this pad with a 5V/2A battery pack which I already own. This makes it truly portable for use in the car or on the go. This pad provides a nice, even heat. The red light therapy is great for reducing my back pain and belly pain. I like that it is so soft and flexible, and portable when I need portability. I wish the belt were a little bit longer, because I am wide of girth, but I have other velcro ended belts which are longer and work with this pad just as well (but aren't a pretty pink). This red light therapy pad works great and provides me with long-lasting pain relief.

Not just for the abdomen - this can be wrapped around your shoulder, knees, feet, whatever aches. Good heat and good RLT action here. Easy to use and easy to take along with you. It's in the top five of my heat/RLT wearables (and if it sounds like I'm a RLT hoarder, so be it - so much relief from the RLT and I will reach for RLT right after I pop my dual action OTC pain meds). Really complementary to other modes of pain relief. Very comforting as well. Five stars! Happy to add more to my RLT collection!
