UPDATE: customer service reached out and was very prompt in resolving my issues with the defective light . Product is backed by great , quick customer service which brings me that peace of mind when buying from this company. Only emits true red blue and green colors . The rest of the colors come out as two different colors and end up looking like a windows logo. Light is bright and beam travels very far, has potential if these issues are fixed ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have never been so sad returning a product. I have been testing some new moving head spot lights and purchsed this 150w light along with a 100w light from another company. This light was much brighter than the 100w light and I was impressed with the brightness of this 150w light. I tested it outdoors with no ambient lighting and the beam was visible without any haze or fog. The light also worked well indoors with haze in the air (pictures and videos have haze indoors). The light also has a variety of effects. The beam angle is narrow so it is really geared toward making a visible narrow beam in the air. There is a prism so you can widen the effect for indoor use although this does decrease the brightness of the beam. Overall I like the effects. I need to buy four of these moving beam lights but before buying 4, I brought one of them to an outdoor venue. My heart was broken. Unlike my house test, there was some ambient lighting at the outdoor venue and the beam was barely visible. I was really disappointed so ended up returning the light. These would be awesome indoors with some haze. I am still debating if I should bite the bullet and buy 4 of these just for our indoor shows. I would like to find some higher watt lights to show a beam outdoors with some ambient light without haze. I have never been so conflicted about returning a product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I use eight of these lights for my show which is held in high regard in our area music scene. These lights have taken us to a new visual level. I use them in complex DMX driven show, however they can be used as self propelled as well. They are durable, well worth the investment, and offer great colors. When in DNX mode they offer sepparate channels for RGBW, meaning no spinning color wheel, allowing a much smoother visual presentation. The 90 watt fixtures mixed with smoke give off a powerful 2° beam likened to a search light. The beam throw is very long. You can't go wrong with these lights in any way. ... show more
