The media could not be loaded. Love it so far. I do recommend getting a protection plan on this from some of the video reviews I’ve seen on YouTube.

    • Performed awesome. Until it didn't
The light bar looked great and worked fine until one of the moving heads suddenly stopped lighting up and began making a knocking sound. Understanding the return window had expired, I contacted the seller in hopes of receiving troubleshooting measures to get the equipment working properly again. I was advised to contact the manufacturer about the warranty. I was also specifically advised by the seller to submit a request for replacement in which I did (twice) even though the window expired. After not receiving any feedback in nearly a week, I contacted the seller again to which I was told they hadn't received any formal return request from Amazon who is also responsible for issuing the return label. My return request finally went through after speaking to Amazon customer service. Today I received a notice that the case was closed the return window expired. ... show more
