I was genuinely impressed by this impact. I used it to do a brake job on my truck and it performed great. My only issue with it is the case doesn't have dedicated spots for the sockets so they just roll around loose inside the case and the batteries take a while to recharge. But as far as the impact itself, it has more power than the air impact we use at the shop and actually cost less money.

add does not explain you have to use pins and o rings to hold sockets on ! cant use regular impact sockets ask rufus on amazon he even said add does not say any thing about it . returning impact wrench .

My wife and I love impact tools, and were excited to get this one. The tool itself feels decent and solid, but the batteries and especially the charger and case have a low-quality plastic feel to them. I suspect the case is just a generic add-on, as there is no place for the sockets or battery charger to fit. The drawback to this is that when you put everything in the case and then carry it around, the sockets bang around inside and ding things up. I'm fine with things being dinged up, but I don't know how long the cheap plastic is going to last, so I'm working on a solution for that. There were two pins that were free falling inside the case at first. I'd thought the drill was falling apart, but they are used with the sockets and O-rings. The tool is useful, but I expected better design and quality, even for the price. And the instructions... you'll be better off with online searches than what comes in the case. Well made and is strong enough to do the job. Grandson bent a lug wrench trying to get a flat off his car. In just a few minutes I was able to break loose the lug nuts and get the tire off. I was impressed.
