I ordered the 5-panel set and it feels surprisingly sturdy - much heavier than my other garden fences and more solid than expected, plus it has a nice finish. It comes with 5 panels and very long rods to install, the setup was fairly quick and easy. (Just make sure the ground is a little wet to make it easier to install.) I’d call these 5-panels a great STARTER SET - like if you’re edging a small area, marking off garden space, or testing it out before committing to a larger layout. But if you’re planning to fully enclose something or create a nice big barrier, you'll probably want to order up to the 10- or 15-panel version. It looks great and adds a polished touch to the yard, but I wouldn’t rely on it to contain a dog that jumps. Still, for small animals or just setting boundaries, it does the job well. I wouldn't hesitate to order more to create a larger enclosure.

I got this 5-Panel Tall Garden Animal Barrier Fence as a safe outdoor enclosure for my tortoise, Michelangelo, and it’s perfect! It gives him plenty of space to explore and enjoy the outdoors, and I don’t have to stress about him wandering off or getting into trouble. The fence is sturdy, rustproof, and super easy to set up—no digging required, which is a huge plus. It’s just the right height to keep him secure while still looking decorative in the yard. If you’re looking for a temporary yet reliable solution for small pets like dogs, rabbits, or even a curious little tortoise, this is an awesome buy!

Over the past few years I have ordered and have been testing out several different types of garden barrier fencing. I have a large yard and many flower beds to protect since there are a variety of small wild animals in our area as well as many neighborhood dogs. When this fencing arrived the fact it only has five panels to it was a minor problem. Normally fencing like this comes in a 10 pack, which allows you to literally surround a flower bed in a decent looking shape. If there were at least 6 pieces it would make a nice rectangular shape which to me would look better aesthetically. But I managed to install it in a lopsided circle anyway using the 5 pieces. I wasn't impressed with the thickness of the metal. Though easy to install the wire used to make the panels is much thinner than most of the other fencing I already have. It looks okay, but I really would have liked it better had it been a little more heavy duty. Especially for the price charged. As far as anchoring this fencing into the ground there's only the thin metal rods that link the panels together to hold the fencing in place. That will possibly make the fencing rabbit proof but any larger, stronger animal like a dog could easily jump on or push against it and knock it over. I would consider this fencing more decorative than an animal barrier. I still gave this fencing 4 stars but it wouldn't be my first choice should I order more fencing.

This fencing is wonderful for the back of my yard: It is heavy duty, easy to install, and stays in place. I ran this fencing in a small area of my back yard to deter the deer and bunnies from coming up to the gazebo area or porch. It took less than an hour to set it up and it is working out great, so far. I love the wildlife in our area, but do worry about ticks etc. they may carry into the part of the yard we use for cookouts etc. They trust us humans and have figured out that the dog can't get out after them, so they've become brave enough to walk right up to his fence, which brings them to the area we hang out in. With fencing up, they pause and go in the other direction, unsure of whether or not the dog has access to that area.

I ordered the 5-Panels Tall Garden Animal Barrier Fence to help secure the fenced area in my backyard. We have lightweight 6-foot fencing around the entire perimeter of this area, extending to the woodline to contain our chickens and very small dogs while also keeping predators at bay. However, we often discover breaches at the bottom of the fence, which our curious chickens and dogs manage to find, and we are constantly making repairs. This fencing is solid, easy to set up, and remains in place once installed. It provides extra protection at the bottom of our existing fence.
