I took advantage of a great coupon they had so I decided to pull the trigger hoping for the best knowing that I would be able to return it if it I didn’t like it. Oh boy do I like it! it measures exactly 16 inches and 4 mm wide and it is so silky smooth and shiny. I love it! I wish I would’ve gotten the 18 inches instead but it is gorgeous. I may buy the longer one after the holidays so I can live. Also I received a card along with my order stating that the item is guaranteed for as long as I own if anything happens to it which is nice. Purchased: 18" Herringbone Chain - $700 in December 2024 as gift for my wife (attracted by "lifetime guarantee") This supposedly "high-quality" gold chain failed TWICE in just a few months, both times breaking at the clasp. For $700, I expected a lifetime piece, not disposable jewelry. January: Chain bent/damaged at clasp area February: Seller replaced (seemed promising) Few months later: SAME EXACT PROBLEM at clasp again Now: Company refuses replacement OR refund $700 for a gold chain that lasts "a few months" is robbery. My wife was extremely careful. This is a quality/design flaw "Lifetime guarantee" apparently means nothing to this seller. If I wanted jewelry that breaks in months, I'd buy costume jewelry for $20 BOTTOM LINE: Diamond Deal Store is NOT a deal - it's expensive junk with worthless guarantees. A real gold chain should last decades, not break twice in the same spot within months. SAVE YOUR MONEY - buy from a reputable jeweler instead. $700 down the drain for what amounts to overpriced costume jewelry. Total waste of money.
