I absolutely love the necklace. It is quite flashy with its unique flat links that catch the light. My only complaint is that it seems rather fragile and delicate and I’m afraid I will break it as I’m tough on jewelry. I ordered it to go with a charm and they compliment each other nicely.

The chain itself is beautiful and dainty. I ordered the 30"- it's hard to find this length & style chain online elsewhere. It's lovely and very sparkly when the light hits it - it looks much better in real life than in the photos. It should be noted that it is very delicate so it should be worn with some care. It is a somewhat a dupe for CatBird's "Tinsel Chain" - which is more expensive and only comes in a 21-23" adjustable chain. This necklace is sold at a fairer price. Can be worn with or without a pendant. Has a spring lock clasp which is less durable than a lobster. Also, I saw a review that was concerned about the gold clasp as it stuck to a magnet. Most clasps have metal springs that will cause the magnet to stick--even if the piece is solid gold. All of my solid 14k gold chains' clasps will stick to a magnet - so this is not a good method for testing whether a clasp is made of solid gold or not. However, if any other part of the necklace should stick, then you should be worried. While I'm happy with the necklace itself, I had an awful experience with Amazon shipping & their warehouse. This shouldn't reflect on the seller, as this issue was not their fault but solely the fault of Amazon as they were the fulfiller. I don't want to get into too much detail, but basically this experience made me scared to order any fine jewelry from Amazon ever again. Let's just say I had to reorder the necklace for a 2nd time. Although the issue was resolved, this will probably be my last order of fine jewelry (or any other small expensive item) from Amazon for a while until I can regain confidence in them. Again, this experience should not reflect on the actual seller - only Amazon. The chain itself is beautiful and I would recommend it to all seeking this style. ... show more
