It charged all night, my son used it for less 10 minutes and it stopped working. Now, it does not turn on. 2 months Update: I contacted them and explained what was happening. They sent me a new part and no problem since then! They were very promptly and helpful.

The training wheels are 3 inches off the ground . So if you have a young child or someone new to this or even someone who can only use one arm like my son this is not for you . As the bike falls to either side and then the kid topples off the bike . When I ordered it, I seen training wheels. I figured they would keep my child stable on the bike, but that is not the case.
