It was a gift for grandson. Charged and used one time . Would not take charge anymore. Did not work. Did return and found out it was from a third party seller. I had to pay for shipping. It cost almost as much as the bike.

I bought this for my grandson’s 4th birthday. By watching a YouTube video, I found it easy to assemble. The only negative so far is that the seat is hard plastic which provides zero cushioning.

We got this for our son and once it was put together the bike didn't work and we put it together as per the manual and still did not work, I even looked up on YouTube on videos of the product to see how others put it together and you guessed it just as we did it. I reached out to return it and come to find that the seller wont send a pre-paid label and when reached out they ignored questions. Now I'm not one to pitch a fit when it comes to returns and paying for shipping, BUT when the seller is not responsive and the product that they shipped doesn't work that's one thing they can uphold is the shipping to return. Now for me to ship back its going to cost $270 doubled then what it actually cost to buy it WITH FREE SHIPPING.
