The toy itself is beautiful but the box came super damaged big hole in the front of the box fork on front wheel was bent shipper UPS shame on you amazon sent a replacement so we'll see if that one makes it in any better condition.

There were screws but no holes, the pedal doesn’t work to move forward or backward. Missing the charger. There’s no way to add screws to the steering handles in order for it to stay in place. The lights on the wheels don’t light. I’m so disappointed it was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

No instructions. We’re not all savvy when it comes to these kinds of things. Several screws but no idea where they would go except for three of them. Front headlight keeps popping off.

Qualifier: My 4 yr old grandson LOVES this motorcycle!! He thinks he's pretty cool being able to play 'Imagine Dragons' while cruising down the sidewalk. He is the envy of the neighborhood 😊 I originally ordered this in April 2025, but after a few weeks the rear tire strap came loose and consistently fell off, causing a crash risk. I returned it to Amazon (not an easy feat) and received a replacement on May12, 2025. Shock of all shocks - the rear tire strap is loose once again (June 20, 2025). Keep in mind, my grandson only uses this when he visits, so it's not ridden excessively. I may have to attempt some kind of suitable adhesive or cut it off entirely. My advice: When an item is marked "frequently returned", believe it.
