  • Worked great in France, Portugal, and Italy. Great vendor support too.
Model: 30GB X 14D
This was my 3rd Orange SIM purchase and my 4th from TSIM. Following their instructions I never had a problem. It just worked. I learned a few things along the way. My first trip to France I followed the directions and it worked. I only used it for data and it was flawless. My next trip was to the UK so I bought a UK3 SIM. I needed to make a call almost immediately on arrival and it wasn't working. I contacted TSIM on my phone, which was working for that, and resolved the issue quickly. (The answer is in the latest instructions they provide: use the country code at all times). This spring I went on a river cruise in Portugal and into Spain. I enabled my phone on landing in Paris and called my hotel in Porto with no problems. It was perfect the whole trip. I just returned from Italy. I purchased this SIM with some reluctance since Orange isn't a provider there. No problem. It roamed on the major providers there. It worked in Rome, Florence, Piza, Venice, Assisi, Sorrento, and Capri. And this time I used the function to check my balance. Use your dialer and punch in #123#. In a moment it will display your date, minutes, and texts. In 12 days I only used 1GB of my data. We always used WhatsApp to communicate no problems. I've read reviews where the complaint is Orange only wants to speak French. If you have an issue, contact TSIM like they ask in the instrutions. Use the chat and you'll never have a problem with an accent. We'll be traveling next year to Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. I plan on getting the Orange 28 day SIM from TSIM. I have trust issues but these guys and Orange have delivered every time. I'll be sure to update the review if they fail. ... show more

  • Waste my time for setup and ruining my whole trips
Model: 12GB X 14D – eSIM
The esim for outgoing call is not work on Iceland, the data ok, received call ok but not outgoing call, first of all, when I landed to airport, The data is no problem to connected, it is ready to go for use the data. However, when I headed to BSI bus stop and try to call the local tour driver come to pick me up, I found the put going call not working. I TRY to keep contact the seller, and seller keep asking me to re- setting up, try different number combinations , and also screenshot the outgoing page to him for to verification. I did everything what he said, however, still didn't work out and missed the tour of my first day, and I need to out of pocket to paid the taxi to rejoin the group. My trips was 5 days long, the seller and I used up for 5 days for keep just only setup the phone, although I very grateful the seller does't mind to keep teaching me only for setup for 5 days long, but it is also ridiculous for me because how could go wrong only for setup the esim and make the call, all I did were just follow their activate hand box for step by step to connect the data also the service carrier. If anything can go wrong, then is the instruction go wrong. I used up my first 4 days to clear the mess, but not success, the last day the seller still keep asking me to resetting. I think Really, I need to leave the country already, you still teaching me setup step. Are we should thinking out how to partial refund maybe more reasonable? 🤔 So, honestly if you going to Iceland and need the outgoing call, don't buy the card, it is really headache. Other EU may work fine, but not the Iceland. ... show more

  • Works Pretty Well
Model: 12GB X 14D
We bought two of these physical SIM cards for a 14-day trip to France and England. The short review is they worked pretty well. I would buy them again. THE PLAN 30 minutes of OUTBOUND cell phone calls to non-French phone numbers. Keep in mind that if you call someone traveling with you in Europe who is using a USA phone number, it may still count as a foreign phone call. Unlimited calling within Europe. I could call my wife, who also had an Orange SIM card, as much as I wanted to but she was almost always with me so that was not a great benefit. 0 minutes of INBOUND foreign calls. If your kids call you from the USA, it costs money immediately. 200 texts 12GB of internet data while on the cell network (using WIFI at a hotel or restaurant does NOT count) CELLULAR NETWORK FRANCE & ENGLAND Our phones connected to the Orange cell network as soon as we turned on our phones after installing the SIM cards in Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris, France. We had no issues staying connected to the network while in Paris. We almost always had access while cruising down the Seine River. However, we visited some very small towns and out of the way places where there was no cell network but similar places in the USA would also not have had cell service. As long as you stay in civilized areas, you should have service, including the internet. REMEMBER that you receive a French phone number when you use these SIM cards. Calls or texts sent to your USA phone number will NOT reach you while using these SIM cards. I recommend sending people your French phone number via text to anyone who needs it. You MUST DIAL THE COUNTRY CODE AND AREA CODE to call a USA phone number, even if the person is traveling with you in Europe. For example, 00-1-702-555-1234 You MUST UNLOCK your phone BEFORE traveling to Europe and BEFORE you use these SIM cards. If you do not know what that means or how to do it, YouTube has plenty of instructional videos. The cards switched seamlessly to a new network when we traveled to England. We received a welcome text as soon as we came out of the EuroStar train tunnel in England. We got some message about buying an ADD-ON service but that is NOT necessary. The cards will simply connect to an English cell network. They worked fine in England. TEXTS You get 200 texts with this plan. My wife and I had no problem texting each other using our new French phone numbers but some of the texts that we sent to people with USA phone numbers did not arrive, including people traveling with us who were NOT using French SIM cards but who were using international calling plans from their USA service providers. When sending texts to people with USA phone numbers, it may help to add the country code (00) and 1 + the area code to the phone number. Just add these bits to the person’s phone number in your contacts. It will not matter once you’re back in the USA. Your phone knows when to use the country code. DATA The packaging that we received did NOT match the packaging in the Amazon listing (see images). The documentation in the packaging stated that we would have only 8GB of data, not the 12GB shown in the listing. However, upon checking the available data balance after installing the cards, the network said that we had 12GB. Note, that you cannot check your balance or anything until you arrive in Europe and connect to a European cell phone network. The cards will NOT work in the USA. We had access most of the time to data and we each used only about 2GB during the 14 days. However, we had access to WIFI on our Viking river cruise ship so we did not have to rely on the cell data the whole time. The data on the Orange network in France seemed at least as reliable as data in the USA when we were connected to the cell network. The cards worked fine in Oxford, England too. REGISTRATION Orange requires that you register the SIM cards using ID (like your passport) within a couple weeks or the cards will cease functioning. We registered our cards. It was not hard but if your trip is less than 14 days, you probably do not need to register them. INSTALLATION SIM cards are tiny so make sure to wait to install them until you have a stable, clean environment to do it. The package comes with a small tool for opening your SIM card slot. BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR USA SIM CARD. We put our cards in the ZIP-LOC bag that came with the Orange cards. ... show more
