I think if I had to pick an issue, my only issue would be that when you hit the down button it doesn’t stop itself at the right spot. This screen was a easy to install ,need ladder ,2 J hooks , stud finder , drill .Locate stud ,drill and install J hooks . Then install screen with the help of a second person . Plug into wall out let . Dome . After I had mind installed . it worked perfectly . Up Down stop . No ISSUES . And for the price and being electric and 120in ,16:9 screen I TRULY think it's well worth the Money , could have spent a lot more . . BUT NO MANUAL ,ON THE OPERATION . Just a peace of paper for install instruction . Picture quality was better then my old screen by far .

So it might look like the mounting brackets are not in the right place. That would be because the metal can twist just grab each we've saved straighten out. Then it'll be fine. Second make sure the screen isn't jammed before you try to run it under power by tugging on it it gets stick from shipping. If you run it while it's handed you can damage it so make sure it is not.

The media could not be loaded. As another reviewed said, one side of my screen was stuck. I inserted a small flat head screwdriver and pulled it to pop it loose. No damage. The screen didn't roll out afterwards, so, had to gently pull down on the stuck side.. it finally started to unroll, but sounded like it was getting caught. More slight pulling, and it started to unroll good. It stopped at the end as it should have. There's a large black boarder at the top, allowing you to adjust the screen. It's bulky, and fairly heavy. However, I managed to install it myself. Measure 113 Inches from the hooks, drill a pilot hole to get the right distance for your anchor holes. Screw the anchors in. Make sure they are leveled, or your screen will look crooked. My screen has a small smuge in the center. Only notice it when there is brightness there. Sure beats those outside sheet looking screens. The screen does roll a little on the edge. It's got a black back on the one I received. Which helps with background lights. Overall, not bad. Some better instructions, the smuge, and maybe a memory set button to auto stop the screen from unrolling to full every time you use it. I did notice a light plasticity smell. But after a few hours it's not noticeable. The motor is loud. But, not as loud as a windows ac unit. Plus, it doesn't make noise at all when you are watching something on the screen.
