Specifically listed as a product that can be used with Cricut, the backing of the vinyl splits leaving a shredded thin layer stuck to the Mat. When you must spend more time pulling stuck backing off the mat than you do on the rest of the project, the vinyl loses all "value for money". And because it shreds, you can't get all of it off the mat. Try scraping it off, and now there are bits of debris stuck to the mat along with the adhesive of the mat, rendering the mat useless. This was a brand new mat, now it's junk. As others have noted, vinyl doesn't stick to the back very well. For me, the dots of "i" pull off during cutting. A calligraphy "x" was difficult to hold down while weeding. ... show more
