13" is a hard size to find. These fit great on my 20+ years old wal-mart 2-wheeler, and carried a recent 400LB load as well as the inflatable tires did. I'm happy with them. I can't comment on durability yet.

I bought these for my 25 gallon pull-behind sprayer which had a flat habit. Once I returned (Thank you, Amazon) the first set from another brand because I hadn't paid attention to the hub size, I ordered these and they fit perfectly. There's not a lot to say other than they are nicely painted and the tires won't go flat. But I can add that the price seemed very competitive. Anything outstanding about them? No. But they're decent tires and wheels you can buy with confidence. Easy to recommend to those in need.

Wheel is going to work, but the pics only show one side of the wheel. It’s uneven in that the wheel axle itself protrudes on one side, not making it even for the wheelbarrow. I had to improvise to set the new wheel properly.
