The media could not be loaded. Total waste of money. One piece of 3/16 foam and a 7" bag of bubble wrap! Yeah, that should make it all the way from China. Two useable bricks out of twelve. I should have listened to the other reviews.

One of the 12 bricks arrived broke. I sent a message to the manufacturer (only choice on who to contact) asking to have one brick sent instead of returning all of them - no response. Completed the return/refund process and stated it could be corrected if just one brick was sent out - no response. They sent out twelve more and I have to return the other twelve. Seems inefficient. But the quality seems good. ... show more

3/12 bricks arrived broken. Packaging was extremely poor considering how fragile they are…. just one layer of the thinnest possible bubble wrap. They also look nothing like the pictures. They are bright white with a very porous surface. Not sure how I missed the other reviews saying the same thing. Sigh. ... show more

I opened the box to powder flying around to find every tile inside broken and in pieces. They are not usable and a big disappointment I paid so much for them to arrive in this condition! Out side box is undamaged and the box they are in is undamaged as well.

Three bricks were broken. For the price it would be nice to have all 12 in tact. But the non broken ones will work perfectly.

the bricks are fragile and almost no packing 4 of them were broken. I cant see how these would be in one piece when they arrive we all know how packages are treated during the shipping process. a little more packing may help
