Really like them. I read one review that said that they scratched the hands of that user, but have not found that to be true for me at all. I use them for glass dishes, pans - non-stick, carbon steel, and cast iron. They work great on all of them. I am currently using two of the twelve - I alternate throwing them into the laundry weekly (not the dryer!) and they show no sign of wear in the three months I have had them. Not as big as the images make them appear to be, but they work well to clean up cookware. They will not remove the brown burnt on stains from the bottom of pots and pans as suggested by pictures and videos. They are still a good kitchen tool as they will not scratch surfaces and remove stubborn dried on residue. They come vacuum packed and the package is less than and inch thick after opening, rather than what is represented in the advertisement.
