This little light is super bright at 5000k. Was selling a house and needed to quickly and cheaply replace old 1990's chandeliers, gold glass light fixtures, and to add light to outlet boxes in the ceiling in the living room and primary bedroom that just had a cover on it to brighten those rooms up. Did a fantastic job. Must buy the 6 3/8in carbide recessed light hole saw to make quick work of installation. TIP: When trying to enlarge a hole after removing a light fixture, use the metal crossbar with tube attached to the junction box to put the pilot bit in so it keeps the carbide bit from moving around. Makes a perfect tool to enlarge existing holes! ... show more

Ordered these lights to replace retrofitted led 6 inch can lights. The install was easy and what a difference the larger lights made in our Great Room! One of the lights had an issue with flickering on start up but the company was very responsive and quickly shipped out not one but two replacements! We have ordered another set of 6 for use in our bathroom (will leave us a few spares :)). These are high quality lights for the price. The media could not be loaded. I have been using recessed lights for few years. I prefer daylights so I know what 5k color looks like. These lights colour are not accurate and brightness is also low. It took me 2 hours to install them and in the end, I realised this room 5k is yellowish and the other room 5k is accurate and more bright. what a bummer. We installed these lights in our basement. It's a pretty low ceiling and these don't hang down like the old ones. They're pretty easy to install, but make sure you follow the codes in your area. I received them with 1 of the springs (for holding light in ceiling) missing from a light and another had a ground wire that was broken off in the junction box. I simply informed the company and they sent me 2 replacement parts without any hassle. These create nice lighting for almost any space. Just make sure you put enough of them in or the light won't be even throughout the room. I used an online calculator for choosing the correct amount for my spaces. Good enough quality for what they do and what you get. I got 16 of them for just about $200 and I'm happy with my purchase. I would recommend these lights. ... show more
