Customer service has been amazing quick response through email or chat. We had just gotten a new set up for our internet, some of the issues were on out end and nothing to due with the cameras. With that being said Hiseeu was great at trouble shooting. When trouble shooting through the chat option detail instructions were then sent in detail this was great to print and have for future reference. I currently have 2 cameras up 4 more to go. The picture quality is great and range of coverage is wonderful. I am excited to have wired cameras. The book provided with cameras also gave great details on all setting. Very pleased with the purchase.

I couldn’t be happier with this CCTV camera purchase. Setup was incredibly easy — it connected right away with no hassle, even for someone who isn’t super tech-savvy. The included PoE cables are surprisingly long, giving me plenty of flexibility to place the camera exactly where I wanted without needing to buy extensions. The picture quality is clear and reliable, and I’ve had no connectivity issues since installation. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I reached out with a small question, and their team responded quickly, walked me through the solution step by step, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was working properly. I ordered this for my two homes and must say so far they are working fine. The option of using this system internet free give me the peace of mind of having some random creep snooping thru my feed. Customer service is A+ , they back up their system and will work with you to resolve any issues or questions you may have. The price paid is about average but the features these cameras bring are very updated. Setting up system is somewhat easy but to get it set up in details it might get a bit tricky which if you contact customer service they will send you detailed pictures walking you step by step making it easy to understand. I am completely happy with my purchase and look forward in future for any updating I might need with Hiseeu .

Bought 4 cameras, hired professionals to install because directions were hard to understand as there were obviously translated into English word for word which did not translate well. With in an hour of install one camera quit working. The next day another camera relocated to looking at the floor and was no longer controllable via PTZ. When I reached out to customer support no one would ever answer the phone. I emailed them and response took days. Not a good experience and the process took to long to be able to return them so had to eat the bad mistake. Could not be more disappointed, camera housing are made of cheep plastic.

Arrived on time and works pretty good, for the price. When moving the PTZ cameras, sometimes they just keep going. The cameras feel cheap, however they have been working 24/7 for a few months now. I'll update this review if anything changes. The software, is like most NVR software packages, they just kinda suck. I would strongly recommend having the NVR, on its own VLan/ network.

We bought this security system last year. It was a breeze to install and use it. Picture quality is excellent, both during the day and night. We are able to view the live vidoes on our smart phones and on a large monitor. I love the tracking feature of the cameras. It recognizes humans and animals, and follow them while in the camera range. The HD is plenty and stores high quality videos and images. Customer service is excellent. They have been very responsive to any questions or issues we raised.

Good system except that 1 of the 6 cameras didn't work. When I contacted customer service they were very quick to respond with trouble shooting suggestions. When the suggestions didn’t work they were very quick on getting me a replacement and they kept me informed regarding availability and shipping. Set up and installation was good, fast delivery, customer support has been prompt and willing (thanks!). I love the quality of the cameras. They look so clear. Checking them on my phone is really easy to see and easy to monitor them. I can also zoom in more and then actually see more than expected. I actually love the outcome and the functionality of the cameras. I do recommend them.
