An extremely realistic extremely large and thick bundle of pleasure; its girth is big but it feels amazing it’s designed with enough veins and curves to to hit the spots you need it to it while stretching, the length is very good especially for those who are experienced with larger toys, and overall I would say it’s design is realistic. The texture of this was different that what I'm accustomed to. It feel nice and soft. The inner core o f this is also extremely firm so it doesn't flex or bend under pressure like some toys are. This is also an extremely large toy so if you're a beginner don't let your eyes see bigger than your abilities. I'd recommend getting this for someone that is seasoned.
