The quality of the rail and shipping speed compared to price is nice. Gets the job done. But the anti chip strip fell off, just sitting there and the first time using it all the sawdust got stuck to the adhesive making it useless.

I have been a cabinet biulder/carpenter for 45 years.festool track saws are the best made in my opinion.These tracks match up to Festool track perfectly.I can put together with festool and the Festool saw slides from one to the other.the saw fits this track with the same cam adjustment as needed for festool track.One third of the cost and same quality.

These track saw guide rails are very well built and a provide very straight edge for my cutting and routing operations. I was able to use all my Festool rail accessories on these rails without any hang-ups, stickiness or looseness between the rails and the accessories. My third party router sled moved smoothly and my third party square jig fit tight and square to the rail. The rails come with the requisite connectors to create a 110" rail and that works fine. My sole complaint is that the rails short side (there are two sides of the rail: the wide side that the track saw slides on, and the short side that the accessories can attach to) do not have the splinter guard or rubber strip attached to that side. Consequently, without adding any cushion feet/strip, when the rail is used with the accessories and the rail clamps are NOT used, the rail can be easily tilted so it may not sit level as you move the accessory down the rail. This is easily solved by adding the necessary feet/strips on that side but without this addition, a user may unnecessarily damage the piece he's working on. The manufacturer does provide two additional splinter strips that can be attached to the short side but I'm not sure they were provided to compensate for the rail tilting so much as replacements for the already installed splinter strips. If they had anticipated preventing this rail tilt, they should have pre-installed the rubber strips on the accessory side also. So do you use these strips to balance out the rails to prevent tilt or as splinter guard replacements? I can't say for sure since NO instructions were provided! Overall, this kit is a very good value for the money. The price is good. They would have received a 5 star rating if they had fully accounted for the rail tilting when using accessories.
