I was about to buy custom curtains for around $178 per panel. Decided I would try these and I am shocked. The quality is 10/10. The material is beautiful, heavy, and feels expensive. I went with cream beige. My walls are Roman plaster (Home Depot). They are true black out curtains. I did 40x102 and I am so in love. These make my house look luxe and elegant without breaking the bank. I put them on the rod and didn’t steam or do a dryer cycle. I think after a week I will do a light steam. I couldn’t decide it I wanted clips or no clips, so I’m working on that decision. Definitely buy these!! Don’t waste your time going custom if you don’t have it. Here are some photos. In total I bought 4 sets bc I’m hanging these everywhere.

These are great curtains compared to the other high end brands that you see advertised everywhere on Social Media. Ceiling is 10 ft tall. Trying to find curtains that look linen, are lined, weighted and pleated at a decent price has been exhausting. I took a chance on these curtains and omg it has elevated our new home. I have ordered a few colors and I am trying to decide between them. They are QUALITY! Bonus you get 2 panels for the price. Buy them. You won't regret it.

Based on reviews I trusted these would work out and am pleased to report they exceeded my expectations. I sent back the original order only because the color was a little dark (Burlywood Brown- nice during the day but at night looked dark and not enough contrast with my woven shades which get quite dark at night.) I replaced with Natural Linen with Blackout lining. If you don’t get blackout, they are quite sheer and the material seems different with the non lined looking more like linen, and the blackout reads more like cotton canvas. However, when switching to the Natural Linen Blackout (this room faces west and needs thermal and light block) the curtains look more like linen. There is no yellow to this color. It’s really beautiful. I had an estimate for my whole home come in at 14k. I had to pick myself up off the floor. What??? I had already spent 5k on woven woods with Blinds.com and knew there had to be another way. There is. Don’t hesitate with these. They are memory trained, which is something I learned about when going down the drapery rabbit hole. Custom places charge extra for this. These were so simple to install. I’ve never done this before and feel quite pleased with myself for saving thousands, installing the rod and hanging the drapes myself. If I can do it, you can too! I plan to order more to finish this room and do the rest of my home. I may also double them up, meaning each panel is 40” wide and cover just fine, but to get an even fuller look I can just buy another pair for each space framing and in between the windows. I will also paint the center bracket the color of the wall so it disappears. Ideally I would have had an extra bracket and used 4 instead of 3, and they would be spaced out to hide behind the curtain panels. I think this company is fantastic and would love to see them expand their fabric line. So much potential! TLDR: Go for it! You won’t be disappointed!

Far exceeded expectations. The pleats are well made and the tabs for alternate hanging method are substantial enough to support the weight without sagging. The fabric looks very nice and the blackout actually works. Highly recommend. I purchased the light khaki and likely should have gone with a lighter color…but that’s my fault… the pix reflect the actual color quite accurately. I absolutely will purchase more for other windows in the future. Don’t know why there’s a warning that these are frequently returned unless they sent out a bad batch!

These are perfect, I ordered 6 pairs of curtains before finding these and keeping them. They are actual fabric. Some of the “linen” curtains I bought felt like shower curtains. They look and feel very high-end. I am so glad I found these and saved so much money. I was going to buy another pair of West Elm linen curtains, which cost five times as much. These do not feel exactly like their linen, the fabric is a little bit more stiff, almost like a tweed material but the way it lays is even nicer than 100% linen and still with the same look. Could not be happier. Huge bonus that it comes with the hooks and rings. We happen to have a black curtain rod already so the rings worked. Otherwise you can find other inexpensive ones to match the color of your rod. Cons: slight length differences in each panel. Didn’t bother me because I let the curtains pool slightly at the bottom so you couldn’t even tell.
