These Turkish made facecloths are wonderful. Medium thick cotton, soft on outside, and a little rougher on inside (which is good for face scrubbing). I ordered the PINK, and hoped it was not baby pink….and it was just perfect……a medium pink, almost mauve, which is what I wanted. I did Pre wash & dry them. They turned out fluffy but not too fluffy. I have a son in law from Turkey, and he is proud of the textile industry there. It is huge and they produce very good quality. These facecloths are fine and will probably last a lifetime!!! Very nice towels. Great color. Very thick. Nice value. Unfortunately, my pack of "12" wash cloths only had eleven items, but I was promptly sent a replacement. Have washed them several times and they still look great. Update: have been using my new towels for four months now. They get washed twice a week. First few weeks they do shed in the dryer like all new thick plush cotton towels do, but it is minimal now and they are still thick, soft and plush and the color is not fading. Edges are still tight and just a few minor snags. Glad I decided to purchase this set with so many options to choose from, it seemed like a gamble. ... show more

Happy at my purchase. They are light and feel good to my skin. I warmed the towel up before I get into the shower, and the towel is still warm after I exit. Oh boy, this feels good . One wipe and you are dry. It gets up all the water on your skin. and the towel stays warm until you are finished. I did not see any fading. My towel is the same color as it was when I first washed it. I'm gonna order another pair. thanks. ... show more

I ordered the burgundy. I knocked off a star because the ones I received are not actually burgundy. They are more brownish rust burgundy. Not at all like the picture. The quality is nice. They are not rough like like cotton Terry. I bought them to sleep on, I have a peculiar pillow set up because my jaw was broken an see my neck was damaged when I was 19. I stack to contour pillows on top of each other, creating a ledge for my shoulder to go under and it makes the top pillow the perfect height to hold my head in line with my spine. I used to wake up in agony before I did this. I put both pillows in a large bamboo zip case I bought here and they both fit. A pillow case will not however and theirin lies the problem, the fiber case makes it very warm and my cheeks break out. So I bought these to lay on. Weird story but there you go.. soft enough to sleep on. I haven't washed them so cannot attest to how they will wash up. I will update after the fact. ... show more

I ordered the 6 piece towel set in Aqua, Coral, and Grey. So far only the Aqua and Coral sets have arrived. The colors are very vibrant! I washed each set separately on the towel cold water setting with a Gain fling & a cup of white vinegar. I dried them on medium heat with wool dryer balls. Both sets laundered beautifully! There was no more lint in the dryer filter than I'd expect from a new set of towels, and there was absolutely no extra lint left on the towels to get all over my skin when I used one of the hand towels. I'll be monogramming my new towels, and I will order them again if they mysteriously "walk away" like my other towels have. ... show more

I followed manufacturers instructions to wash in cold water, no fabric softener, and dried on low. AFTER I prepared them for color fastness. FIRST, with all the complaints about the color leaching out, I prepared them for the first wash with an old "color fast" trick. I soaked them overnight (8-10 hours) in a 5 gallon bucket of very cold water with ½ cup of vinegar. I hand rinsed them before washing. I was pleased this worked, because I washed both new sets of hand towels together (plum & sage.) If the color was going to leach, it would have been the first wash. I experienced no color leaching at all. The lint trap was full after the first wash, but this is normal to expect with towels, sweats, fuzzy blankets etc. Happens every first wash with this type of material has been my experience. It's usually lint left over from the manufacturing process. After they were dried on low (no fabric softener towel), they came out in perfect condition; thick, soft, fluffy, and absorbent. The colors are vibrant and look good. I even got a compliment from a man about my plum kitchen towels! Will definitely be looking for wash cloths in sage from the same manufacturer to match my hand towels. Definitely recommend this product. Yes, I'm definitely going to order again. ... show more

I bought these wash rags just to have some extras and was very pleased with them They are a good size, very absorbent, and soft. They are not thin but fairly thick and are of good quality. A good buy for the money.

    • Nice, but the red will fade some in the first cold water wash. Lots of lint.
These are nice towel. Very soft, absorbent, and a good size, average size. But....if you buy them, wash the separately from everything else. I made a huge mistake, and at the same time I purchased these, I also purchased some gray hand towels. Not thinking, I washed them together in cold water. They bled all over my beautiful new gray towels and ruined them! Completely ruined them! They also faded in the wash, and left massive amounts of lint in the dryer lint filter. I wouldn't purchase them again because of the fading. I'm so upset that they ruined my new gray towels! ... show more
