I read that silk isn't as harsh on your hair and skin like other fabrics so I wanted to try it out. Got this mostly for the hair ties and pillow case. I don't use the thinner hair tie much but love the thicker one for my very long, straight hair. It easily slides off when I take it off. Love the pillow case too. The eye mask feels comfy and isn't tight on me. It comes with specific washing instructions but I was lazy and washed everything by putting it in a mesh laundry bag on cold & normal cycle with the rest of my laundry and it came out fine besides the wrinkles (I don't care about that)
