My dad has always liked to travel when he could, but he hasn't been able to in a very long time. His old Dopp Kit was falling into disrepair and it bummed him out. So, I got him this leather one monogrammed with his initials. I didn't have a high hopes for this purchase, just wanted something better than what he had. This Dopp Kit far exceeded my expectations! Dude, when he opened it, he got a little sparkle in his eyes. This little thing is made of a nice genuine leather, the monogram is crisp af, it has a sturdy feel, great interior for all the messy stuff you know is going to end up in it, it even smelled like leather and smoke. Made me want to get one too and go travel the world! (But I'm p. broke so, like, a boy can dream, y'know?) Anyways, I got misty eyed seeing my 60 y/o dad look at this like he was a kid on X-mas morning. Thank you so much to the craftsmen who made this! If I ever met you irl I'd buy you a drink bud! The leather bags have a very artisanal feel. They're very spacious and well built. The zipper is large and robust. If you're looking for a perfect gift, adding their names adds a personal touch of customization that is hard to beat for the price. The only remark I have is that the soft leather will "mark up" when your fingers against the surface of the travel bag. Do not stress! I have no idea where to start. It was my dad's 80th birthday. He travels all over like no other. Says live like there's no tomorrow lol. We may not have a lot of money but we'll make memories. ( just to give u an idea of dad ) he had a travel bag close to this since I was 5. I noticed a couple years ago he wasn't using it and didn't think much of it. Mom died and I realized so did the bag. Searching for some time I found urs. So excited to show my son when it came in the mail and what happened? I couldn't bc yall had it wrapped with red tissue paper! It was done so beautifully like u knew what I was doing with it! Crap! I can't show anyone! I can't even see it! I'm the worst one even keeping Christmas gifts hidden and u did this? Omg the suspense. Ok I could open it,throw it in ur basic dollar store bag with some crushed in tissue paper. But yall... someone took the time to wrap it and put a sticker on it so yep no way to look unless I opened it. I had no choice to sit here and wait 2 weeks myself. Talk about torture. Birthday day, my sister was aware of what yall did. She found massive humor in waiting until this gift being close to last. I tell u all of this to say thank you. Thank you for taking so much personal time into the package as well. Now the product? Well let's just say... you made an 80 year old man cry. Very impressive!!!
