One of the grommets broke while I was trying to get it into the o-hook. I went no farther, because I realized every panel was equal. I have a 10x12 gazebo. The wrap for the corner poles was dead center, and there were only thirteen grommets. Did not match up AT ALL to my Lowe's gazebo. An exercise in frustration and futility. They're going back. Edit - seller reached out and offered a full refund. Now I don't have to wait on Amazon to take care of it. Exceptional costumer service, so I upped my rating to reflect that. ... show more

We have had this up for about 8 weeks and 3 of the 4 zippers have come off and can't be found. The one I have left falls off often but with the rest of the screen unable to be closed, the whole thing is pretty useless.
